On 20 October 2020 at 13:00, the Delhi-based Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS) and the LeidenAsiaCentre co-organise a webinar to launch their recently published report ‘China’s Digital Silk Road – Strategic Implications for the EU and India’.
