Azië Café 20 april
De sprekers zijn bekend voor het Azië Café wat op 20 april gehouden zal worden in Leiden.
Blijf op de hoogte over belangrijke ontwikkelingen in de regio door het Azië café, wat plaats zal vinden op donderdag 20 april in Leiden.
Het Azië Café heeft als doel om huidige ontwikkelingen in Oost-Azie op een interessante en informatieve manier aan het licht te brengen. Tijdens het café op 20 april zullen Jue Wang en Weiping Mao spreken over economische regionale samenwerking, politiek en ondernemerschap.
Jue Wang is onderzoeker en docent aan de Universiteit Leiden met een expertise in internationale politieke economie. Op 20 april zal zij het hebben over de Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank (AIIB) en de betekenis van deze bank in de regionale en globale politieke verhoudingen.
Weiping Mao is Business Manager North Asia bij Rijk Zwaan, een internationaal groenteveredelingsbedrijf met meerdere vestigingen in de regio die tijdens dit Azië Café centraal staat.

The speakers for the Asia Cafe on April 20th are known!
Stay up to date with important developments in the region by visiting the Asia cafe which will take place on the 20th of April in Leiden. The goal of the cafe is to bring attention to contemporary issues in the region in an interesting and informative way. On the 20th of April, Jue Wang and Weiping Mao will speak about regional economic cooperation, politics and entrepreneurship.
Jue Wang is a researcher and lecturer at Leiden University with a focus on international political economy. She will discuss the Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank (AIIB) and the role of the bank in regional and international relations.
Weiping Mao is Business Manager North Asia at Rijk Zwaan, an international vegetable breeding company with several branches in East Asia which will play a central part in his talk.
