Shuyu Huang

Shuyu Huang is pursuing her PhD in Law at the University of Amsterdam (defense expected in October 2024). She is a founding member of the Center for Law and Behavior, and a teacher of  law and social science, also at the University of Amsterdam. She frequently speaks at international conferences. She specializes in empirical socio-legal studies. Her current research focus on the Chinese criminal justice system, crime prevention, and corporate governance and compliance. Prior to academia, she was a lawyer in prestigious international law firms, specializing in corporate compliance and investigations.
