Carolien Stolte
Carolien Stolte is Associate Professor of modern global history at the Institute for History at Leiden University. Her research sits at the intersection of global, international, and South Asian history. Her engagement with India in current affairs, primarily for Dutch media and society, is informed by that perspective. From 2024-209, Carolien Stolte directs a research group on international coalitions for peace, funded by the European (ERC) and Dutch (NWO) Research Councils.
