Hester Versluis

Hester Versluis is currently a communications and marketing intern at Leiden Asia Centre. She has completed her bachelor China-studies at Leiden University and wrote her thesis on China’s semiconductor industry. In addition, she spent one year at Peking university studying the Chinese language. Besides her internship she is completing a master’s degree Asia-studies at Leiden University.

Hester is particularly interested in Netherlands-China relations and the political economy of China.
