ASEAN Masterclass for Students
“Bridging Ideas – ASEAN & the Netherlands”
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands invites master’s students from ASEAN countries and the Netherlands to apply for the ASEAN Masterclass “Bridging Ideas – ASEAN & the Netherlands.”
This one-day, actively moderated programme brings together 25 outstanding students for a day of intercultural dialogue and exchange. Through interactive sessions, debates, and creative workshops, participants explore how science, technology and innovation intersect with governance, the rule of law and human dignity. Through cross-cultural dialogues, this Masterclass aims to deepen understanding between cultures and to inspire new perspectives on cooperation between the ASEAN region and the Netherlands. Participation is free of charge and includes lunch and a networking reception at the end of the day.
Why participate?

Eligibility:
Applicants must be master’s students from ASEAN countries or the Netherlands, with demonstrated interest or experience related to the ASEAN region.
